Red River

The
Red River Zoo is a zoo in Fargo, North Dakota. The
RRZ sits on 33 acres of land that was once a farm
(the George Anderson family "Red River Ranch").
Several of the farm buildings were modified and are
used today by the zoo. It is home to over 300 animals
from 75 different species, including some of the few
red pandas in captivity in the world. It also includes
a 1928 carousel that was fully restored in 1995. Its

Fargo Theatre is a restored 1926 Art Deco movie house
that features first-run movies, film festivals, and
other community events. The Fargodome routinely hosts
concerts, Broadway musicals, dance performances, sporting
events, as well as fairs and other gatherings.

Fargo Air Museum is an aviation related museum in
Fargo, North Dakota. It is located near Hector International
Airport in the northern part of the city. The museum
includes many historic aircraft of which 90% are in
flying condition. There is also a full-scale replica
of a Wright brother’s flyer. The museum includes
a small gift shop.

Acres Shopping Center is a regional shopping center
in the city of Fargo, North Dakota. The name of the
mall is often shortened to just West Acres. It is
the largest mall in the state and includes four major
anchors, more than 120 smaller stores, and a 750-seat
food court. The mall is also home to The Roger Maris
Museum.

Roger Maris Museum

Roger
Eugene Maris was an American right fielder in Major
League Baseball who is primarily remembered for breaking
Babe Ruth's single-season home run record in 1961,
a record that would stand for 37 years. In twelve
Major League seasons, he participated in seven World
Series. The legendary baseball player and Fargo's
hometown hero is honored with a 72-foot long glassed-in
exhibit at the West Acres Shopping Mall, tracing all
aspects of his career, including major awards, uniforms
and some of the home run balls from 1961, the year
he broke Babe Ruth's record with 61 home runs. |

Plains Art Museum is a fine arts museum located in
downtown Fargo, North Dakota, United States. Housed
in a turn-of-the-century, historically significant
warehouse in downtown Fargo, the Plains Art Museum
features regional and national exhibits and a permanent
collection of regional, contemporary, folk, and traditional
Native American art.

Bonanzaville,
USA is a history museum complex in West Fargo, North
Dakota. Which is located just off of Interstate 94
(Exit 343) and about two and a half miles (4 km) west
of the city of Fargo, North Dakota. The complex is
open from May to mid-October.
Bonanzaville, USA is a history museum complex in West
Fargo, North Dakota. Bonanzaville, the museum of the
Cass County Historical Society, is made up of forty-seven
buildings on twelve acres, many of them are historic
and from the region. Most of the buildings have a
special theme. Displays include a prairie church,
a general store, a fire station, a jail, and a schoolhouse.
There are also several newer buildings, which have
been constructed on the grounds including an aircraft
museum and an automobile museum. Bonanzaville has
several hundred thousand artifacts in their collections
and on display.

Newman
Outdoor Field is a baseball stadium in Fargo, North
Dakota. It is located on the campus of North Dakota
State University and is the home of the minor league
Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (Northern League) baseball
team and the North Dakota State Bison baseball team.
The stadium contains the Maury Wills Museum in honor
of the legendary ballplayer whose work for the RedHawks
include coaching and baseball radio analyst.
